Mrs. Sabina Rosenbloom, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother from Toronto, passed away on Wednesday, 1 Adar, 5786.
She was 91.
Sabina was a child Holocaust survivor. Having endured profound hardship in her early years, she rebuilt her life together with her husband, Max (Matis) Rosenbloom Z”L, a testament to her courage, resilience, and unwavering strength.
With determination and purpose, she established a family and a future deeply rooted in Yiddishkeit. She was a devoted wife, loving mother of Lee and mother-in-law of Yasef Minkowitz (Toronto). She had tremendous pride in her family and its growth through the generations.
She was the grandmother of Sheera and Tzvi Jonas (Flatbush, NY), Avi and Lea Minkowitz (Crown Heights), Adina and Ricky Silberman (Riverdale, NY), Eli and Claudia Minkowitz (Montreal, Canada) and a great-grandmother to many, k”ah.
Sabina lived a life marked by dignity and quiet strength. She carried herself with grace and beauty, leaving a lasting impression on those who knew her. Her legacy will endure through the generations that follow her.
She passed away peacefully in her home in Toronto, Canada, surrounded by loving care.
