Josh’s Brooklyn Brick Oven Pizza, which opened 5 years ago in New York’s Catskill Mountains, has been known for offering a variety of pizza, pasta and salads.
The pizza shop on Route 52 in Loch Sheldrake offers an extensive dairy menu popular with locals and summer visitors.
This year, they have announced a new partnership with Sauce N Cheese, a popular pizza shop and delivery service in Crown Heights.
“Our customers’ satisfaction has always been our most important goal,” owner Menachem Sheinberger told COLlive. “With our logistical expertise for delivery as well as being able to expand the menu is something that will bring Brooklyn Brick Oven to many more pizza connoisseurs,” he says.
All the restaurant’s most popular favorites will still be available, in addition to many more delicious items added to the menu, Sheinberger says.
Their menu includes over 15 types of pizza pies, such as classic, “grandma” pies, deep dish, BBQ pizza and Mac n cheese.
They offer a variety of salads, such as spinach salad, Greek salad, and the new, very popular feta beet salad.
They also offer pasta dishes, such as eggplant parmesan and penne ala vodka.
Sheinberger also brings with him his experience in catering many different types of events, which the partners will now offer in the Catskills during the summer months.
