It was literally just loud breathing followed by holding your breath in different patterns. Some yelling also. Like absolutely no Avodah Zarah. Its kind of annoying that people dont differentiate what would actually be problematic or not.

Also, another reason for divorces is Personality Disorders such as Narcissists, Borderline personality, dark triad etc.
I know frum Chassidishe guys who married someone with a personality disorder and later got divorced after years of therapy. It’s not taught in our community what to look out for and people lie in shidduchim…..its horrible to ruin someone’s life!!
