Chassidim and bochurim gathered for a Yud Tes Kislev farbrengen Tuesday night held at the Beis Medrash/Congregation Lubavitch in Montreal.
More than 300 people from the Shul as well as surrounding communities were in attendance at the event which was arranged by the Shul Gaboim.
Rabbi Shmuel Kramer served as the MC and the Siyum Hashas was made by Rabbi Michoel Dahan.
The guest speaker, Rabbi Michoel Seligson, spoke in-depth about various details of the story of the arrest and geulah of the Alter Rebbe, in light of the Rebbe’s teachings, bringing out lessons that are relevant to us today.
Many of the participants took on a new Masechta to learn, as well as there was continued registration for a local chaluka of the Rebbe’s Torah in preparation for the upcoming 70th year of Yud Shvat organized by Rabbi Shmuel Zalmanov.
