It’s a wonderful resource that I was grateful to have access to after an incident (for lack of better words).

What are eligibility requirements?

Are former NYers eligible? Must the incident be a reported/ proven incident (unfortunately, too many crimes have gone unreported)?
From how many years back is one eligible for?
Whoever has experience and can save me headache of contacting them without getting help… thank you!
