R’ Noteh from Molestirtzineh was a chossid of the Mitteler Rebbe and the Tzemach Tzedek. The Rebbeim would send young bochurim to him to be guided in the ways of Chassidus and chassidishus. The Tzemach Tzedek famously said about him that he is a true ayin—a person of complete bittul to Hashem.
