Beautiful picture, but I don’t recognize the background. Where in 770 is this?

Here’s a synopsis (I had looked this point up, recently B’Hashgacha Protis): The Rebbe had the black Megilla case, till the eve of Purim 5729 (1969) when he entered the Shul for the Krias Megila, with a new Megila enclosed in a silver case. This Megila was given to the Rebbe by Rabbi Getzel Rubashkin z”l. Interestingly, the Rebbe seemingly changed from his usual practice of not using a sliver case etc. (like by the esrog, etc.) and indeed accepted the case made of silver. What is that black holder. I recall the Rebbe had a long sterling silver Megillah Holder ???

It so happens to be that in this picture the Rebbe is not giving Tedakah to the lady.
