Jews in Irkutsk, one of the largest cities in Siberia, watched as a Star of David was placed on their 130 year-old synagogue ahead of the anniversary celebration next week. Shliach Rabbi Aron Wagner is renaming the shul as "Heichal Menachem," of which the Rohr Foundation donated its renovation. Video
