The Moshiach Office at Merkos 302 has released a special edition of The Alef, their weekly Moshiach learning companion, marking 80 years since the passing of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson by learning his teachings about Moshiach.
The Alef, the weekly learning companion launched as an educational tool, typically provides concise, Torah-text-based lessons on Moshiach-related topics. Its insightful and engaging design has made it a popular resource since its launch following this last Pesach.
This week’s special edition features a Sicha from Pesach 5719, where the Rebbe quotes his father on integrating Moshiach into present reality. This concept, often repeated by the Rebbe, is infused throughout many of the Rebbe’s Sichos and Maamorim, reflecting Rabbi Levi Yitzchak’s enduring influence on the Rebbe’s unique approach to learning.
Shluchim and Lubavitchers worldwide are using this edition to commemorate the 80th Yartzeit taking place this Shabbos Chof Av. Many are forming chavrusahs or group shiurim to study this week’s The Alef together.
