After the success of last year’s Yom Iyun V’hachona for Talmidei Hashluchim – going out on Shlichus to Yeshivos around the globe, the Vaad Hatmimim is once again facilitating this important event, this time for the Shluchim of the year 5773.
The Kinus, scheduled to take place in Brooklyn on Sunday, October 14, includes a full schedule of workshops and speakers to inspire and provide practical advice for the Shluchim.
First sent by the Rebbe in 5727, Shluchim in Yeshivos help strengthen the Yeshiva and serve as role models to the Bochurim. Over the years, Shluchim have played in integral role in the growth and education of Bochurim, filling a unique position in the Yeshiva and in the Bochurim’s lives.
”Not only will every Shliach gain inspiration – each will leave enriched and empowered to fulfill this special responsibility to the fullest,” says Rabbi Tzvi Altein, Director of the Vaad.
“A similar Kinus was held 22 years ago and merited to receive encouragement from the Rebbe. The Kinus will help Shluchim begin their Shlichus in the right frame of mind.”
If you are going out on Shlichus this year please follow the link and RSVP and pass on the word to the rest of your Kevutza. www.vaadhatmimim.org/kinus
