A group of seniors from Palm Springs, California, recently returned from a tour of Israel’s holy sites, accompanied by Shluchim Yankel and Rochel Kreiman.
The idea for the trip came about during a Parsha class, when some of the participants expressed their desire to visit Israel. The group finally embarked on their first visit to the holy land just after Purim of this year.
The group visited the sites in the cities of Jerusalem and Chevron together. “For them, it was really their “‘Birthright trip,'” said Shliach Yankel Kreiman.
Rabbi thanks for eittlng me hang out with you and Peter at Sunday’s Rabbi Show. Aryeh Green was fascinating and I wish him continued success in this endeavor.
Friday as I have the honor of celebrating the first Sedar night with you, Rabbi, and your family, I’ll know in my heart what it means to say “Next Year In Jerusalem”. Thank you, Rochel and all those wonderful and generous people that helped put this trip together to take us to the promised land of Israel.
