The Pan Kloli was read on Tuesday morning, Chof Av, at the holy gravesite of Rabbi Levi Yitzchok Schneerson OBM, the Rebbe‘s father in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Chassidim and Shluchim gathered at the Ohel for the emotional reading of the Pan Kloli, which included prayers for the difficult situation in the world today.
