The Seminary Beth Rivkah of Yerres, France, celebrated the inauguration of its new premises last Tuesday.
The girls gathered with teachers and classmates for a Chanukas Habayis and grand opening event, attended by Rabbi and Mrs. Itche Nemanov and Rabbi Yechiel Kalmenson.
The building has been a work in progress through the year. Last Tishrei the students arrived to find newly renovated dorm rooms.
Upon their arrival back in school from Pesach vacation, the girls relocated to new classrooms.
On the first floor there are four large classrooms, offices, and a room for meetings and activities.
On the lower level there is a fully equipped library, an art room with a full selection of supplies, and a room which is dedicated to be the “Beth Chabad” for special meetings, gatherings, and leisure time.
A few screens are placed around these new premises with videos of the Rebbe continuously playing.
I was there in the end of the 90s. I recognize Pinson, Kalmenson, Uzan, Elfassy. Is that Mr Rabbah?
And is that Pinson’s son?!?!?
Don’t know any of these faculty members. Building looks so different! Wow! Continued Hatzlacha!
