Thank you for your response, however I’m referring to understand what Rabbi Jacobson said regarding one “sad shabbos the Rebbe rushed out etc..and Rabbi Harlig weighed in on how he’s not going to leave till they find the bochur etc.?
the Rebbe wanted to stop the Rashi Sichos after a certain incident and Rabbi Waldman begged the Rebbe to continue and the Rebbe continued for the next 22 yrs.

Waldman was an olamisher yid who enjoyed the rebbes rashi sichos and would write to the rebbe (or as i heard elsewhere the rebbe sent for him a tzetel of which rashi would be discussed) something else happened at the same time, the rebbe was farbrenging every shabbos, but it seems that ppl complained that the farbrengens disturbed the shabbos meals, and as such the rebbe made his comment (featured in the video), but the rebbe then continued the farbrengens (bc of mr waldman) corrections can be made, but this is generally how i understood it. i hope comment 3… Read more »

to the question: regarding the unpredictable farbrengens, how did we know in advance that the Rebbe would make a farbrengen,
for a period of time, a hint would be: When the Rebbe would bang with his holy hand on his shtender during the niggun “Hu Elokeinu”, we understood that there will be a farbrengen.
Regarding the Rashi sichos, the Rebbe would give out Before Shabbos a note (to Rabbi Waldman) saying which Rashi he would speak about.

Anyone can please explain what happened that shabbos which Rabbi Jacobson was saying with the Rashi and the Rebbe got upset? something with Waldman? ..video is choppy. it’s towards end
