After 18 years of medical treatments, the chassid and the Rebbe’s Shliach, Rabbi Kalman Eliezer Rotban OBM from Kiryat Malachi, passed away suddenly — leaving behind a widow and children in severe distress, burdened with heavy debts and without support.
