Hello, everyone! I’m Mendel Richter {or known by Reggie} and I’m thrilled to share with you a passion project that has brought so much joy and connection to the communities I’ve been a part of – “Torah Shorts.”
It all started last year when I was on shlichus in Singapore. Inspired by the weekly Parsha teachings, I began creating short comedic videos that were not only entertaining but also carried a beautiful lesson within them. The response from the community was overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to introduce “Torah Shorts” to my friends, family and home community at Chabad of Howard Beach.
The feedback has been heartwarming, and it’s clear that people resonate with the short, funny, and meaningful format of these videos. That’s why I believe that now is the perfect time to share “Torah Shorts” with a wider audience. I want to introduce it to other Chabad communities and beyond, with the hope of bringing a smile to faces and a spark of inspiration to hearts.
In a world where time is precious and distractions are plentiful, “Torah Shorts” offers a moment of lightness and connection with the timeless wisdom of the Torah. Each video is a blend of humor and heart, designed to entertain, educate, and uplift.
