To the entire Kreiman family, Hamokom Yenacheim…..
There are no words that could convey what we all feel on the loss. Nachman, Devory, the girls, Bobby and Zaidy Piekarski.
We will all miss Yossi’s jokes and puns and his lomdus. His easy smile and friendliness, his seriousness when it came to halacha and learning. Oh, Hashem, we were so looking forward to his wedding………
Yossi, you will never be forgotten….

toooooo sad!

Yossi is sorely missed forever by all of us.

For those who took a hachlota to stop listening to goyishe music, and to daven shacharis and mincha – way to go. And keep it up.

My Hachlata
November 11, 2010 3:49 pm

I bli neder, will do my best to think before I speak, and to consciously be aware of what I say, who I say it to, and think — will what I’m about to say hurt somebody?

May all of our hachlatos tovos bring much nechama to the amazing Kreiman family, and may each hachlata add another brick to the bais hamikdash hashlishi, bringing down the bais hamikdash, with the coming of Moshiach, NOW! 🙂 AMEN!

Baruch Dayan Ha'emes.

November 11, 2010 10:01 am

Dear Devorah and family, Your tragedy is beyond what most can endure, but your community says you are regal – despite it all. There are no words that I can say to comfort you, but maybe in z’chus of the AHAVAS YISRAEL taken on in merit of Yossi, Moshiach will be here sooner. I never met him, but from the comments of his friends – he sounds like he was more than an excellent, well-rounded bochur. Hamokom yinachem eschem. Stop Making Promises (Hachlata) You Can't Keep
November 10, 2010 9:07 pm

First of all, May Hashem have mercy and give comfort to the Kreiman Family. There is no answer why this happened. This may be a bit arrogant to say, but Hashem owes us an explanation. Hashem owes us an explanation why other good Torah keeping Jews have died through horrible, unnatural deaths. It need not be said, but I think Hashem owes us an explanation why the Holocaust happened. Secondly, instead of making promises (hachlatas) you can’t keep, why not do something more basic, which only one or two people here have said. Every yeshiva should never turn away any… Read more »

Why is it that in order for us to do mitzvos and to acknowledge Hashem , we have to get slapped in the face? Why does Hashem have to give us these tragic times to awaken us and tell us that we must do our part do bring Moshiach? Why can’t we slap our self and tell ourselves to bring Moshiach? Our job in this world is to do our work to bring Moshicach. If someone would tell you that in order to be a millionaire, you have to do…..then, you would do it in a heart beat. I never met Yossi but Rabbi Kreiman did my son’s bris and came to visit us when our second son was full-term stillborn. He is a very special man and a pure soul. I have never met his wife but I spoke to her on the phone for over an hour, and she is amazingly strong, inspiring woman. I want to say may Hashem give them the strength to get through this, but Hashem is the one that caused them this pain in the first place. I never had the chance to meet Yossi but I know his father and I know what a great guy he is… It is so hard for me to understand why HASHEM does that to such a wonderful family that already had so much hardship in their past !!! How much can these parents handle? My heart ache for them! Hamokom Yerachem…May HASHEM keep them safe and bring them much more strength to carry on.

Yossi was very deep and smart and yet he was so humble and kind to all he came in contact with. I will miss him. Yossi father’s speech was painful and heartrending but also a kind, gracious, and inspiring. May it be in Yossi merit. To the family: I know many people whose hearts bleeding tossing and turning in bed are thinking about you and your nightmare. We are davenig for you. I took on a hacholota to learn the shas that Yossi painfully only almost finished.

November 7, 2010 8:36 am

Please think before you post:
#36 This better be the last one to go. We know what you mean but it sounds very trite.
#39 “Hashem we get the point” We obviously don’t because these things keep happening. We need to CHANGE beginning with TRUE ACHDUS – starting at the center, Crown Heights, and working outwards…
#72 Why do you need to know what the other children passed away from? How is it possibly relevant to anything? It is just stam voyeurism and nosiness.
