At the wedding the Chony Milecki orchestra performed, led by Moshe Horenstein.
The musicians, who all flew in from New York for the wedding, were Moshe Horenstein – guitar, Utsi Zimring – drums, Eli Rutman – bass, Chony Zucker – singer and keys and Eli Marcus – singer.

We really felt as if we were there.MAZAL TOVto you all
I personally know Moshe Horenstein, he played by my brothers wedding in Canada – this was way before he even thought about playing with Chony Milecki. As it happens, his band played loads of weddings before he actually joined Chony. As far I know the reason Chony took him to begin with, was to lead a LIVE band – something which Chony had not yet done. Just to prove this: I have seen Moshe leading the band many times without Chony, but never the other way round… It’s beautiful to see them playing by Chony’s wedding because after all –… Read more »
#19 for your info this is chonys band so get ur facts rite before you make up stuff
#20 the same goes 4 u. dont make up a load of garbage. because it is minhag beis harav for the prents to walk down their OWN children
from your fans worldwide. you’ve got way more then you imagine.Mazal Tov!!! Mazal Tov!!!You should build a BINYAN ADEI AD
I believe that the ONLY Rebbe who did not have his parents walk him to the chupa was our Rebbe and that was because his parents were not there. (Travel was tough in those years of wartime.) It was definitely minhag beis harav to have the parents walk the chosson and kalla and in my family (chabad yichus) that’s the way it has been done for generations.
Careful with your words. If you were actually right your words would have been hurtful.
and just for the info – it is minhag beis harav to do do, as well as by many mishpochos as tradition. please do some research on the matter before you post from your own assumption or mipi hashmua that it is not the chabad custom.
all the best
ksiva vachasima tova.
I am laughing so hard. Who cares!!! What’s it your business?! Don’t be so quick to judge.
They also played at my wedding and they are definitely Choni’s band. I think Moshe joined Choni a few years ago and they are a top team! All the musicians are really good.
all the way from Mtl!! U guys really worked quik! BTW, I found my purse-remember? Beautiful Pics!
Why did NO ONE comment that the Unterferer of the Chosson Kallaa was NOT like Chabad custom – but rather the Parents walked with their respective child, rather with the Fathers walk the Chosson and the Mothers walk the kalla…!!
I was also at the wedding and I know the musicians, they played at my sister’s wedding, they are the best! But it’s not Chony’s Band its Moshe Horenstien’s Band, and very often they play together with Chony.
Mazel tov! Mazel tov! Wishing you hatzlocho rabo and a binyan adei ad. We really wanted to be but Hashem had other plans. Iy’h we hope to be at the next Milecki wedding.
