After an absolutely incredible Shabbos spent at Yeshivas Lubavitch Toronto, davening, learning and farbrenging with their sons, a grand Melava Malka was held at Yeshivas Lubavitch Toronto with Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Akiva Wagner.
During the Farbrengen on shabbos, R’ Moshe Drizin set the tone by comparing the Shabbos to a “Spiritual cruise” being given the opportunity to tune out and disconnect from the things that drag us down and to really connect to the things that matter, after which many of the father’s shared some beautiful insights as well as expressing their satisfaction with the things they saw and heard from their sons and in the Yeshiva.
Beautifully plated food was served as speaker after speaker spoke about the amazing and uplifting time they had and the lasting effect it was sure to have.
R’ Aron Ginsburg encouraged the parents to take away something practical from the Shabbos and set up a Pan for everyone to sign stating that they will learn a Maamar. He also proposed that everyone should add in financial support of the Yeshiva.
Rabbi Moshe Kanner, a resident of Toronto and a frequent visitor in yeshiva and has a tremendous impact on all segments of the Toronto Jewish community complimented the Bochurim, saying that the Chayus and excitment that the Yeshiva brings to the community is a huge Kiddush Hashem.
After the Melava Malka everyone gathered for a picture and then dancing broke out until one by one they dropped out for a much needed good night’s sleep.
Those bochurim look very aidel!!
