A Tel Aviv Family Court has ordered a woman to vaccinate her two children, aged four and seven, who have never received the MMR (measles) or any other preventable childhood vaccines, after the father filed a lawsuit requesting the court for assistance.
The court awarded the case in favor of the plaintiff, ordering that the mother vaccinate her children within 14 days or risk legal recourse by the State, according to Haaretz.
“Although I got the impression that the defendant is acting in accordance with her worldview for the children’s benefit, the arguments she made against vaccinating were general, vague and not backed by evidence,” Judge Vered Shavit Finkelstein explained in her ruling.
The parents have been tied up in multiple legal battles over the years regarding custody and child support inquiries, which the court settled previous to this case and within said ruling the mother agreed to make sure the children receive all relevant vaccines and appointments recommended by the Health Ministry for children.
The father claimed that by not vaccinating the children, that the mother categorically is putting his children and others within harm’s way, and that she was “acting irresponsibly out of a ‘messianic’ ideology that opposes vaccines,” according to Haaretz.
The mother, however, claimed that the reasoning behind her hesitation to vaccinate the children was due to a fear of them contracting illnesses or allergic reactions from the vaccinations. The mother submitted a waiver from the family doctor claiming the youngest four-year-old girl can wait to have her vaccines and the oldest seven-year-old-boy should wait to be vaccinated due to being born with kidney complications – the father claims that the doctor does not know the children or work for any reputable clinic.
According to the mother’s report, the children experienced side effects in the past following their initial vaccinations including vomiting, rashes and breathing problems – and was not aware of the children’s sensitivities upon the occurrence.
This is excellent. Parents should not be allowed to make decisions that actively place their children and other children in directly compromising health situations. This whole anti-vaccination trend is predicated on absolute misinformation, lies and unfounded rumors NONE of which have any form of medical validity. It’s asinine that as a society we allow this nonsense to propagate. Enough is enough.

Your statement is completely false. Children are dying and having health complications beyond any other time due to the toxic ingredients in vaccines. US has the highest number of vaccines and the highest number of sudden infant death. Vaccines are not tested for safety like every other drug is required to. Drug manufacturers are not even liable for any adverse reactions including death. The industry is twisted. Please people, wake up. These are our children.

Real facts, real studies, real science has proven that since the implementation of regular vaccinations (particularly those given to children and neonatal), the child death rate has more than halved.

The judge didn’t rule that the parents can’t decide not to vaccinate their children. He sided with the father.
I’m guessing those against vaccines have not personally had their child fall ill due to exposure to an unvaccinated child… Wake up! It wasn’t too long ago that the average lifespan was half what it is now. It is abuse to willingly submit your child to such exposure, thereby risking the lives of other innocent children as well. So you think that all unvaccinated children carry the disease that’s just laughable yes vaccines are good but let’s not kid ourselves there are now close to 100 that kids are required to get and that is just a little excessive. People aren’t necessarily anti-vaccine, they are more often pro-vaccine choice. Parents need to have the final say. Drs are heavily influenced by what the pharmaceutical reps tell them. The hpv vaccine is wreaking havoc on teenagers, especially girls. I personally know people who have been negatively affected by vaccines.

If a medical doctor says that the children can wait, why are they being forced to immediately vaccinate? Add to that the fact that the child had allergic reactions!
