The sukkah mobile run by Rabbi Mendy Engel of Chabad of Tamarac is not something new for the Jewish residents in Tamarac, FL. However, this year its impact was stronger than ever before.
For the past few months, many have been nervous to leave their homes or see friends and family. As the holiday of Sukkos approached, Chabad of Tamarac realized that this year’s Sukkah Mobile could impact the Tamarac community in more ways than one.
Each person who came aboard the Sukkah mobile performed the beautiful Mitzvah of shaking the Lulav and Esrog, as well as seeing a friendly face after so many months in isolation.
The smiles, laughter and joy were contagious and a beautiful sight to see.
