On Sunday, March 6, collections of fine wine and select cheeses from over 9 countries will be showcased at the kosher wine and cheese paring at The Green Building in Brooklyn.
The event will host paring experts from the Napa valley in California who will be arranging the wines and cheeses for sampling.
They will also educate guests on the art and subtlety of professional wine and cheese paring such as Bartenura 2007 Valpolicella, Veneto, Italy paired with Small Batch Jack, Tomato and Olive, or Alfasi 2007 Pinot Noir, Reserve, Valle del Maule, Chile paired with Le Roussot, Ermitage Cheese Co, France.
The evening will be harmonized with live music and highlighted by paintings from established and young artists. Sushi and lite refreshments will be provided.
Information will be made available containing all local wine and cheese suppliers who carry the wines and cheeses from the event so that guests can recreate the experience at home.
Participating companies include, Royal Winery, Pomegranate, The Cheese Guys, Miller’s Cheese, Sugar River co, Ermitage, Woolwich, Chevington Cheese, Fresh and Healthy International and others.

There are many cheeses that are Cholov Yesroel and will be clearly marked so. all the wines are Mevushal and are available at Ebers. The event will be under the strict supervision of Rabbi Yehoshua Werde of the Besht, in Crown Heights. Thank you all for your comments.
