Soft Serve on the Go Cups Recalled Due to Contamination

‘Soft Serve on the Go Cups’, Kosher soft serve ice cream sold in to-go cups, have been recalled due to concerns related to possible contamination of Listeria monocytogenes, a notice from the company states.

Soft Serve on the Go Cups, which are sold in dairy and parve flavors, are manufactured at their own dedicated facility.

“Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our customers, which is why we have made the decision to recall all Soft Serve on the Go Cups. No other products are affected by this recall,” the Klein’s Ice Cream company, which distributes the ice cream cups, wrote in a notice to customers.

This recall is applicable to all flavors of ice cream and sorbet:

If you have purchased any Soft Serve on the Go Cups without a clearly marked lot number, the company says to take the following steps:
Please discontinue consumption of the product immediately.
Please dispose of this product or return to your store of purchase for full credit.

All future Soft Serve on the Go Cups will contain a clearly marked lot number.
