Silver Attends Alaska Simcha

The guest at a Sheva Brachos of the newlywed Greenberg-Glitsenstein couple in alaska was New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.

Silver was in Anchorage for the 2012 National Speakers Conference and was proud to attend the personal simcha of the local Shluchim Rabbi Yosef and Esti Greenberg.

At the event held at the Lubavitch Jewish Center of Alaska, the Democratic Jewish lawmaker spoke fondly about the Rebbe and the work of Chabad around the world.

According to participants, he expressed his wish that the chosson and kallah would follow in the footsteps of their parents to serve as schluchim of the Rebbe around the world.
