A joyous and exciting Purim party for 300 children with special needs and their families took place at the Olmaya hall in Jerusalem located on the Armon Hanatziv Promenade, with a breathtaking view of the Kotel.
During the event, produced and organized by ‘LeHachayot’, the children and their families gathered for a joyful evening of singing and praying in honor of the Purim holiday and for the success of the jewish people.
Singer Yaakov Shwekey touched and delighted the participants with a whole show – along with the organization’s volunteers who added positive energy, accompanied by keyboardist Avi Dror.
He was joined by singer Moshe Klein and singer Mendy Levy for songs of prayer and joy, along with musician Chaim Bernstein and a full orchestra.
At the event, Rabbi Shlomo Moshe Amar, Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, delivered words of encouragement and awakening, and Mayor of Jerusalem Moshe Leon, Deputy Mayor, Chairman of ShA”S – Rabbi Tzvika Cohen, David Grovais – CEO of Ramot Mall, and other public figures also honored the event with their presence.
Rabbi Mendy Label, director of the “LeHachyot” organization, thanked all the volunteers and generous donors who made the children and families leave with a huge smile and strength to continue the year with joy.
250 gift bags were distributed to the special children at the event, along with Purim Mishloach Manot.
