An event marking the Shloshim – 30 days since the passing of Rabbi Shmarya Katzen OBM will take place Sunday evening in Crown Heights.
Rabbi Katzen was a longtime beloved educator of 47 years, which he took upon at the instruction of the Rebbe. As a Rebbi in Lubavitch Yeshiva, he taught hundreds of young boys the Alef Bais, instilling yiras shomayim and love of Hashem in each generation of students.
The evening of inspiration will include tributes by community members, friends and family, and mark the completion of Mishnayos.
The event will feature a video presentation and light refreshments.
Men and women are invited to attend.

I really wanted to be there. This video enabled me to. Thank you.
What an amazing person. Although I didn’t know him personally, there is so much that we can learn and emulate.
Video very special.
Thanks for posting
Thanks
his son in law made the siyum mishnayos, he mentioned about the number 310, CHIDUSH: the first letter of rabbi Katzens name is a shin, which is 300, the first letter of his father’s name is a yud, which is 10, so….. 300 AND 10 equals: 310 !!!
So inspiring – Moshiach NOW !!!
