Rabbi Yisroel Shimon Kalmenson, a member of the editorial board of Vaad Hanachos b’lahak, has been discharged from the hospital as he recovers from coronavirus.
“Boruch Hashem, he is now back home and doing well,” he daughter emailed COLlive.com on Monday night sharing the good news.
Rabbi Kalmenson was battling the disease at the same time that his colleague at Lahak, Rabbi Chaim Shaul Brook, was hospitalized as well.
The two are part of the dedicated team that publishes the Rebbe‘s sichos and maamarim in weekly booklets and the Toras Menachem series.
Recent publications were dedicated to their recovery and Tehillim was said in their neighborhood of Crown Heights and around the world by many of those learning from the publications they work on.
As COLlive.com reported, the prayers have been answered and Rabbi Brook returned home last week, and now Rabbi Kalmenson is home as well to continue to fully recover.
