A unique and unusual evening honoring Yud Tes Kislev is scheduled to take place this coming Sunday, November 24th- 21st Kislev at The Great Synagogue of Jerusalem.
The event, arranged by Chabad Center of Talbiya, will be in two languages.
World famous Rabbi Y.Y. Jacobson, known for his ability to enthrall Jewish listeners of every orientation, will be speaking in English on ” The Yid vs. The id” elucidating the concept and novelty of Toras Hanefesh according to Chassidus, in contrast to all other approaches in psychology.
A special feature of the evening will be a powerful rendition of “Pada vesholom Nafshi ” and “Yehi rotzon” sung by world famous, up and coming Chazan Dovid Caytak.
The sought after Rabbi Yair Kalev will move the audience in his enchanting style as he plays and sings Niggunei Chabad interspersed with Chassidic teachings and anecdotes.
“The combination of the two personalities should create an atmosphere of multifaceted Chassidic energy that has yet to be experienced,” said Rabbi Eliyahu Canterman, Shliach in the Talbiya neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The event will take place Sunday at The Great Synagogue of Jerusalem.
I attended the event. It was absolutely incredible!
Will it be streamed online or available in replay?

Hashem should give him the Koach to do this til moshiach comes
Amen
I can’t believe that Chazan Dovid Caytak will be at the Great Synagogue. He has the most beautiful voice in the world.
I heard him on Rosh HaShanah in Long Island. He is one of the most up and coming Chazanim there is in the world today.
