Although Reb Sholem Ber Raskin’s father – Reb Yaakov Yosef – was a Mohel, he wasn’t maal his own sons as he was not yet a Mohel at the time. Reb Sholem Ber Raskin’s – as well as his brother Reb Dovid Raskin’s – Mohel was their uncle Reb Itche Raskin HY”D.
