if anyone is still wondering where the pool is, you can see in the corner of the picture a building that’s not usually there – behind the A-Frame. that apparently is the pool.

Camp Gan Israel in Kalkaska, MI has its own postal code as Lubavitch City, MI. The camp grounds are spectaculor and the new pool is beautiful. I spent the best summers of my life there!

As a bochur at a farbrengen he was pestering a chaver a masmid “I never see you learning.” Everyone thought he was shikur beyond redeem.
But then he explained: “I see you studying the Talmud but not learning the Gemara.”
