All Rosh Yeshivas should definitely learn allot from Rabb Avtzon, the dedication, the love he shows every bochur and shliach, the wormth, the time he gives every bochur, this is how every Yeshiva should be.
Then maybe bochrim would actually enjoy where they are and enjoy learning more…. Doesn’t make a difference what kind of Yeshiva you run.
