Rabbi Mendy and Faigy Bitton (nee Blank) and their two children Levi Yitzchak and Chaya Mushka, have recently joined the ranks of the Rebbe’s Shluchim.
Bitton will be taking up the position of Shliach Torah in the Beis Chabad of Sarcelles, France under Rabbi Yaakov Bitton.

why did collive put on the logo of the shluchim office? the shluchim office is an amazing moisad that helps out shluchim from all around the world. but they dont send out shluchim the moisad that was appointed by the rebbe to send out shluchim ect is merkos leinyonie chinuch please change the picture and hatsloche raba in all of your indeavors
