Mrs. Shaindel Zaklikovsky, a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and longtime Shlucha in Oak Park, MI passed away on Tuesday, 9 Shevat, 5786.
She was 76.
Shaindel served as a devoted Shlucha together with her husband Rabbi Moshe Zaklikovsky obmin Oak Park MI for many decades. In recent years, they lived in Crown Heights.
She is survived by her children, Rabbi Eliezer Zaklikovsky (Monroe Twp., NJ), Mendy Zaklikovsky (Florida), Mrs. Yitty Werner (Brooklyn), Mrs. Nechama Shmotkin (Crown Heights), Rabbi Yossi Zaklikovsky (Bellaire, TX), Rabbi Berel Zaklikovsky (Goodyear, AZ) and Shmuly Zaklikovsky (East Flatbush).
She was predeceased by her husband, Rabbi Moshe Zaklikovsky OBM and her sons Dovid Zaklikovsky and Shneur Zalman Zaklikovsky.
She is also survived by her siblings, Dr. Sol Rendler (Lakewood, NJ), Mrs. Bella Benjamin (Chicago, IL), Mrs. Hindy Augenbraun (Lakewood/Florida), Mrs. Josie Futran (Westchester, NY), Rabbi Shmuel Rendler (Crown Heights).
Levaya will take place Wednesday, 10:45am at 770.
11:45am at Old Montefiore Cemetery.
Until Motzaei Shabbos, her children will all be sitting Shiva at 1546 Union Street between Albany and Troy.
Rabbi Yossi Zaklikovsky will be sitting in Bellaire, Texas from Sunday morning.
Shiva will be at 1546 Union Street.

Shaindel, you will be missed. A very warm, emesdicke woman, and a pure example of a Chassidishe woman in Oak Park and CH.
I used to eat at her home when I learned in the Detroit Yeshiva. Her love and caring for the Bachurim was legendary!
