An elegant evening of warmth, connection, and Chassidishe pride.
Cheder Chabad Florida hosted a beautiful Mother & Daughter Melaveh Malka in honor of Chof Beis Shvat, bringing together students and their mothers for an evening of warmth, connection, and Chassidishe joy.
Led by Mrs. Chaya Matusof, School Director, the evening created a meaningful and memorable atmosphere for mothers and daughters to share together.
Every class took part in the program. Younger classes prepared Motzoei Shabbos Vayiten Lecha cards and centerpieces, one class performed as the choir, another class presented a mother-daughter song, and the high school girls presented a split-narration story told from two sides of the room.
A standout moment of the evening was an interactive game show with light-up torches filled with Toichen and humor, that had mothers and daughters laughing and learning together.
Another highlight was a touching video in which daughters shared what they appreciate about their mothers.
“Watching this, you can really see the warmth, gratitude, and strong foundations that these girls have,” said Mrs. Matusof. “It makes us incredibly proud.”
The evening reflected the values and close-knit family atmosphere that make the students and families of Cheder Chabad Florida so special.
