Avraham Frank, director of the Moment of Silence organization, recently visited with school officials in Louisville, Kentucky, about integrating the concept of the Moment of Silence in public schools, as was emphasized by the Lubavitcher Rebbe.
Rabbi Frank spoke to heads of community zoning areas, and public school principals, to discuss the success and uniqueness of the Moment of Silence and how they can implement it in their schools.
He spoke to individuals at the Kentucky State fair (which has been in existence for over 70 years), showing Jewish concern about the spiritual and ethical needs of public school students. Enthusiasm and interest was shown by various community members.
I think of Rabbi Avrohom Frank.
If we had more chassidim like him, the world would be a so much better place.
There’s not a thing he does that isn’t lishem shamayim. No personal gain or anything, he means everything for real.
Many shluchim should learn a thing from him.
Nice to see people care about unpopular, no financial kickback projects of the Rebbe.
The Frank family is Amazing… Don’t forget to hire Aron Frank for your next simcha that needs an amazing musician! ARON FRANK’s ONE MAN BAND
