This story begs for clarity..,Why in the world did the Rabbi from bat yam tell him such a strange thing (ask a non chabad for a story etc..)?!?!

My guess is :the Chabad rabbi of bat yam {R zimroni Tzik} probably asked via Igros Koidesh< & that was what it said there!!! NOW WE HAVE A STORY!!!
