Mikvah.org is delighted to announce the launch of its new sister site; mikvah.org.il – enabling the global Hebrew speaking community to access the incredible content and rich resources on Taharas Hamishpacha that Mikvah.org has offered the English speaking world for decades.
While we have had selected resources translated into Hebrew over the years, such as mymikvahcalendar.org, or resources from Hebrew translated into English, this groundbreaking achievement allows our extremely popular Slideshow Review, Mikvah Directory, Kahoot game, brochures, Preparation Checklist and countless articles and media to be easily accessible by the Hebrew speaking consumer, both in Eretz Yisrael and around the world.
“We are grateful to Chanie Blau of Beitar for undertaking this huge project,” says Estee Schneerson, Curriculum Developer at mikvah.org. “Chani approached me several years ago, inspired and enthusiastic, asking me what she could do for Mivtzah Taharas Hamishpacha. Together we came up with the idea of the Hebrew sister website, and Chani made the dream a reality.”
“Having a partner site reveals the benefit of recent resources being quickly translated and made available for the Hebrew consumer, including the ‘Power of Mikvah’ brochure and the Halachic Slideshow,” says Chassi Rivkin, Director of Operations at mikvah.org. “A translation project that would formerly have taken months to complete was available within a few short weeks, with our Hebrew team on board.”
The site was launched with a fraction of all the resources that will be readily available in the future, as the team continues to work on translating mikvah.org‘s most popular resources. We look forward to continuing to provide excellence in Taharas Hamishpacha around the globe.
