In the lead-up to Pesach, Merkos Women Seminary hosted a special “Bezchut Nashim” concert for the Bnos Chana students of Melbourne, Australia. It was an afternoon that was both inspiring and full of genuine talent.
What made the program stand out was how much of it came directly from the girls themselves. Through a combination of speaking, singing, and instrumental pieces, each girl brought something special to the stage.
The theme of ‘Bezchut Nashim Tzidkanios’ wasn’t just spoken about it, came through in the performances themselves. There was a clear sense of the strength, emunah, and depth that young women carry, and how relevant that message is today.
A highlight of the afternoon was a guest performance by Sara Hecht. Her songs added a beautiful tone to the program and were received with a lot of appreciation by the audience.
More than anything, the concert gave a glimpse into what Merkos Women is about – a warm, supportive environment where girls are encouraged to grow, use their strengths, and connect in a real way.
As Pesach approached, the message felt especially fitting: that just as Yetzias Mitzrayim came “בזכות נשים צדקניות,” the strength of Jewish women continues to shape the future.
With interest continuing to grow and spaces limited, Merkos Women is becoming a sought-after option for girls looking for a place that offers both strong learning and a nurturing, down-to-earth environment.

This concert was seriously beautiful.
