What’s better than running a great race? Running a great race on behalf of a great cause! When you run for a charity, you add meaning to your miles by raising funds for worthy charities and organizations.
The Friendship Circle servicing the Crown Heights Jewish Community is teaming up with other Friendship Circle chapters around the country, readying for a great big run at this year’s sold out ING NY City Half Marathon on March 17.
“I would encourage anyone that wants to be healthier, live longer and be able to think with a clearer mind to consider running for this amazing cause,” says businessman Yossi Apfelbaum, who is running to benefit the Friendship Circle of Crown Heights. “Why did I do it, you ask? First of all, because I support all the amazing work that Friendship Circle of Brooklyn is doing for our community, and second, because my goal is to lose another 25 pounds this year. Who’s with me?”

I hope you make sure no one will ever see you, nor will you be seen by anyone.
I have an idea for you; live your own life and leave the others alone. If you don’t want to run: don’t. If you dont want to be seen: hide. Leave the others to make their own decisions.
Live and let live!!
Enough harassing others!!

Is that ok? If so, why? Women aren’t allowed to excercize in front of men so how is this different, because its for money? In that case, what other areas of Halacha can be “broken” if it raises money??
Only $1000
