I understand the vital importance of going to the mikvah. The what to do once there for a man has not been addressed for those who have not gone. Would you be so kind as to explain what is done and said?

in giving second psak of Rabbi Kanievsky? The first one is important because it shoes that even a oilemishe rov who lav davka says to go to mikva, in such an instance he also says to go, but when he says not to go, this is not our shita so why bring and not even say that this is not our shita.
