Hundreds of Shluchim and supporters will gather this evening at the prestigious IMAX Theatre at the Cradle of Aviation Museum Garden City NY to honor the Rebbe.
This event is a joint effort of all the Shluchim and Shluchos of the more than 38 Chabad Houses across Nassau & Suffolk Counties.
The theme will address the Rebbe’s impact worldwide, nationwide and Long Island wide, and why the Rebbe’s birthday matters to all of us.
The host is Nassau County’s County Executive, Bruce Blakeman. As soon as he heard that Chabad is planning an event to honor the Rebbe he said: ‘A Celebration of this nature, needs something grand’.
And indeed, it will be an amazing program of inspiring words, uplifting song and a reminder of all of our roles in fulfilling the Rebbe’s vision of perfecting the world with the coming of Moshiach!
