Ingredients:
9 kiwis – peeled and cut
1 cup of sugar
1 egg white
Directions:
Blend for 5-7 minutes (should have fluffy look)
Place in a tray or single cups
Freeze for 2-3 hours and then enjoy!
How many does it serve?
Depends, if you’re making it with other flavours she made 35 4 oz cups with 2 other flavors and a 9 “ Round pan with 2 flavors if its just kiwi it would 12-15 cups or 2 round 9” foil pans
