For the third consecutive year, three prominent local organizations joined forces to host the lively street fair following the Lag B’Omer parade in Crown Heights. MASK (Mothers and Fathers Aligned Saving Kids) and IDCC (Interborough Developmental & Consultation Center) have announced their continued partnership with NCFJE (National Committee for Furtherance of Jewish Education) in sponsoring this beloved community event, L’zeicher Nishmas Ita bas Chanoch Aron.
The Lag B’Omer parade and street fair have become cherished traditions, drawing crowds from across the globe to celebrate the joyous holiday. The parade, which commemorates the life of the renowned Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, features colorful floats, lively music, and children marching with banners depicting symbols and slogans of Jewish pride.
Immediately following the parade, the streets came alive with the Lag B’Omer street fair, this year with bigger rides like a ferris wheel. The fair featured a variety of rides, shows and activities for all ages. Thanks to the generous sponsors, the entire event was free for everyone to attend.
“We are thrilled to once again collaborate with our partners at IDCC and NCFJE to bring this wonderful celebration to our community,” said Mrs. Ruchama Clapman, director of MASK. “The Lag B’Omer street fair is a highlight of the year, bringing people together in a spirit of unity and joy.”

What an amazing fair! Thank you Mask for sponsoring this and taking it to the next level!
