A Jewish man was stabbed Tuesday evening in Crown Heights, in an unprovoked attack.
The man, 35 years old and visibly Jewish, was walking down the street on Kingston Avenue near Lincoln Place at approximately 5:00 pm, when he was approached by a Black male.
The victim said the man produced a knife, and said antisemitic statements. He then stabbed the man in the chest multiple times.
He then fled on Kingston Avenue.
The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
NYPD are searching for the suspect, 5 ft. 10, 170 lbs, wearing a black varsity jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
At an event this afternoon in New York City, Rabbi Chanina Sperlin and members of the CHJCC spoke with NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch regarding the uptick in violent antisemitic incidents in Crown Heights in recent weeks.
“The Commissioner said that she takes this very seriously,” Shmuel Rosenstein told COLlive. “She said that there will be extra security added in Crown Heights.”

The JCC needs to establish a legal expenses fund, so we can start stomping on them as a group until they are unrecognizable. Please publicize this Hate Crime to a national news station like Fox. If this creature is not immediately located and arrested and held without bail, but is instead allowed back out to attack someone else, please call in the Feds. I remember when the FBI was called in when a local chosid was attacked with a brick.. and local police just ‘couldn’t’ find the perpetrator. The fbi immediately found the perpetrator and he went to speedy trial and was given 11 years.

First of all, try not to interact and certainly try to get as far away as you can as fast as you can. I get it that it was unprovoked but at least according to what it shows in this video the guy could’ve prevented the actual stab by just getting away…
