#’s 5, 8, 11 – As stated by #15 this in not about anything except Hashem. When bad things happen we need to pull together as one nation. In fact, our petty squabbling and lack of emuna is the reason that these things are happening to us.

He’s billed out at $800 p/h and worth every penny!!! His oratory and general lawyering skills are truly 2nd to none; no wonder he’s as popular as he is and has most cases argued before the US Sup Ct. If he can’t win this one, no one can!!

! no request was made yet to be released on bail
2. the appellate court does not lower the sentence themselves

Mr. Lewin told the judges straight out that in his 50 years as both a lawyer and prosecutor he has never seen such a miscarriage of justice as in this case. Lawyers of his caliber and standing in the court “system” rarely if ever exaggerate because their credibility is so important. I am sure that the judges know who Nat Lewin is and this statement will bear weight on their judgment. The judges took the case under consideration and it could still be several weeks or months before they render a partial or full decision regarding the requests for prison release on bail, lowering the sentence or a new trial altogether
The IQ level of most readers seems to be very low
