For those of us who dont understand,can someone please explain in simple language what all this means, and now what???

The judges took the case under consideration and it could still be several weeks or months before they render a partial or full decision regarding the requests for prison release on bail, lowering the sentence or a new trial altogether
The IQ level of most readers seems to be very low

Mr. Lewin told the judges straight out that in his 50 years as both a lawyer and prosecutor he has never seen such a miscarriage of justice as in this case. Lawyers of his caliber and standing in the court “system” rarely if ever exaggerate because their credibility is so important. I am sure that the judges know who Nat Lewin is and this statement will bear weight on their judgment.
