Hi Boys and Girls! Welcome back to “History’s Heroes” Where we learn about our favorite Jewish Heroes and craft, paint, or experiment, along the way!
Highlight: Leah
Leah, the fourth of the Jewish Matriarchs, is best known for her power of prayer and gratitude. She was the first person to thank Hashem, expressing gratitude for her son, Yehudah, who is one of the twelve tribes of Israel. Leah’s life was far from perfect, filled with numerous challenges, yet she remained thankful, earning her the title as the Mother of Thankfulness.
Today, we have a meaningful opportunity to express our gratitude to Hashem, especially during the precious moments of Davening. In honor of this, let’s embark on a creative journey to craft a stunning art piece showcasing the power of Tefillah profound power. As we transform sheets of paper into an exquisite book and intricately carve out the letters of the Alef-Bais, take the time to reflect deeply on something you are truly thankful for. Allow your thoughts of gratitude to inspire your creation, making it a heartfelt tribute to the blessings in your life.
Please join our contest, where we raffle off 2 Tickets to the Jewish Children’s Museum, when a completed project (picture or video) is sent to [email protected] . Hatzlacha J
