Machane Heights marks a 2nd week full of success.
From a shiur of perush hamilos by Rabbi Shimmy Weinbaum, followed by a meaningful davening, leading into rich learning classes of Chumash, Halacha and Gemara; to our biking excursions and awesome sports leagues.
Rabbi Blasberg leading the boys in wood working activities to incredible trips to the Intrepid in Manhattan and fishing, where the campers boarded a private fishing boat and caught loads of fish…Campers memorized hundreds of lines of Tanya Baal Peh and had a great time!
Director of Camp, Rabbi Blasberg said, “such a success would not be possible if not for the dedicated and hard working staff! Kol Hakavod!”

Dear Counselors, This job might be local but the rewards are greater than any other overnight camp. It is because of you that my son gains confidence. It is because of you that my son comes home happy. Although I may not be able to tip so much . know that each day I bentch you to have only the best and thank you for the wonderful work that you do .
Seems like a nice program for the boys. Sports, Tiyul and Torah is a great combination. No need to harm fish, though, in order to have a nice, learning-filled summer.
