At this time when many families are facing great challenges, particularly with Pesach expenses, the Moses and Aaron Foundation under the direction of Executive Vice President and community leader Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun have undertaken to once again assist close to 200 families with Yom Tov supplies.
The massive shopping list of items being distributed on the Friday before Pesach in the schoolyard of the Lubavitcher educational Center in North Miami Beach matches the best of Erev Pesach food distribution centers anywhere in the world.
Every family in need was able to pre-place an order for fruit and vegetables. More than 150 cars circled through the parking lot, where the cars were loaded by students of the Miami Lubavitcher Yeshiva, all wearing face masks and gloves.
This is the 10th year the Moses and Aaron Foundation is conducting this program and it has been expanded due to the current situation. The large quantities of food will be distributed to nearly 200 families.

More than $750 of horseradish, 2200 heads of romaine lettuce, 40 cases of apples 30 cases each of grapefruit and oranges. In addition, every family received three dozen eggs and a pineapple.
Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun expressed his thanks to the many generous donors, and contributors of product, including Mr. Alberto Carvello, Superintendent of Schools for Miami-Dade, Mr. Yitzchak Miriashvilli, Israel and Mr. Ed Russo, Florida, and the many anonymous donors.
