Cheder Chabad Florida hosted a special Father and Son Melaveh Malka in honor of Chodesh Adar, bringing together students and their fathers for an evening filled with warmth, connection, and Chassidishe joy.
Organized and emceed by Rabbi Zalman Itkin, Boys’ Principal, the evening featured lively Nigunim, learning, and games that had fathers and sons bonding side by side in the Cheder setting.
A highlight of the evening was a touching video in which boys shared what they appreciate about their fathers, and fathers spoke about what gives them Nachas from their sons.
“It’s moments like these that remind us how fortunate we are to be part of the chinuch of these special families,” shared Rabbi Aharon Matusof, Dean of Cheder Chabad Florida.
The evening reflected the close-knit family atmosphere that makes Cheder Chabad Florida so unique — where fathers and sons don’t just attend a school event, they experience it together as part of the Cheder family.
