An event will be held on Motzei Shabbos in Crown Heights marking the first Yahrtzeit of Nosson Deitsch obm.
The Kinus Hisorerus will take place on Motzei Shabbos, the 17 of Iyar at 10:00 pm, in the Oholei Torah Zal at 667 Eastern Parkway.
There will be a special section for women.

I knew nosson as a boy in my mesibos shabbos group in crown heights years ago and as a camper in gan yisroel montreal and then when he was a bochur in Miami. A heart like no other and always pushing you with a smile to grow and do better (even without saying it in words). I miss his visits to my house. I hope to see him very soon with Moshiach.

I was on shlichus in staten island, when nosson stoped by for a few days till he went back to kiyar gat isreal. The immpresion he had on me and the way he learnt, even tho he was younger then me stilll what i learnt was, that gemarah needs to be understood noot just ashrei uva letzion, mit achayus un geshmak.
